From September 19 to 23, the youth of the town of Perushtitsa immersed themselves in the world of Forum Theater through four exciting workshops.
During the activities, the group trained attention, coordination and non-verbal synchronization, built trust and empathy – the foundations for teamwork and creative thinking. Forum theatre opened the door to body language and symbols, allowing participants to explore important topics from their daily lives. The group began working on the topic of bullying at school – discussing real-life situations that cause conflict, and began to look for new ways to bring about change through words and actions. And the most interesting thing is yet to come.
The next meetings will be dedicated to the construction and presentation of a forum theater performance.
The program was developed and implemented by the Garden of Cognition Foundation with the wonderful Forum Theater trainer Genika Baycheva and thanks to the invaluable support of the Ignatov Family Foundation.

In the coming months, the “Theater of Emotions” program will be implemented in a total of four settlements and over 120 young people will participate in it.
