During the period from June 9th to 11th, the director of the foundation was part of the Bulgarian delegation that participated in the European Youth Event 2023 (EYE 2023) held at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. On June 9th, they took part in a series of training sessions on stimulating youth activity in the context of the upcoming European elections in 2024 and the expression of civic engagement and democracy. EYE 2023 was a significant opportunity for young people from all over Europe and the world, representing youth non-governmental organizations, foundations, and associations. They exchanged experiences and best practices, compared the different realities in individual countries, identified the needs of young people, and discussed ways to meet those needs. Topics and issues related to the future of Europe and young people as part of it were also discussed.
