As part of the“Career Compass” initiative, 150 students actively participated in a series of training sessions focused on personal and career development. Through teamwork and engaging thematic modules, they gained a deeper understanding of themselves and explored the wide range of career opportunities available to them.
Key topics covered during the program included:
Effective time management Identifying personal interests, strengths, and values Exploring different career paths and opportunities Developing decision-making and goal-setting skills Strengthening presentation skills and teamwork Strategies for managing stress and increasing productivity
Through sessions such as “Mission, Talent and Career,” “Inside Out,” “Compass to My Future,” and“Where Do I Go from Here?”, students took important steps toward shaping their future. They also participated in World Café discussions, role-playing activities, focus groups, and interactive workshops that encouraged reflection, collaboration, and creative thinking.
