The “Garden of Cognition” Foundation held an nonformal educational activity with the students from the 5th to the 7th grade from the “Otets Paisiy” elementary school, Iskra village on the topic of “Career guidance and development”. The young people shared their ideas about their dream profession. They commented on the qualities and skills that a professional in this field should have, as well as how to acquire them. Students worked in groups and looked for the advantages and disadvantages of individual professions, informed themselves about the path of education necessary for them. Each student shared about their strengths and how well they fit into their chosen profession.
The “Garden of Cognition” Foundation is a non-governmental organization working with children and youth from small towns in partnership with schools and community centers. Her team conducts training in non-formal education methods to support young people personally and professionally and give them opportunities for development.
