During the second day of our training in the implementation of a project of the Omega Association – “The Voice of Kardzhali – Youth Ideas for Civic Activity”, part of the National Program for the Implementation of Youth Activities under Art. 10 a of the Gambling Act (2023-2025) at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the young people ventured into the world of Volunteering and Leadership.
They got acquainted with various volunteer actions and initiatives, learned what lies behind a strong leader and how leadership skills can be developed in an informal environment.
Special thanks to Atanas Latev, who honored us with his presence and shared his experience as one of the most active leaders in the field of youth policies in the city of Plovdiv.
