On 14 and 15 September a training was held based upon the educational programme developed by “Champions factory” – “Future Founders”. The programme is designed for young people aged 14-18. The objectives, methodology, topics and instructions of the different modules were presented. The overall idea of forming knowledge, skills and attitudes among young people was explored, their personal growth and development. Entrepreneurship as a mean to realize ideas, providing opportunities for future ventures and outlining prospects for progress was also commented. The topic of non-formal education, its relationship with the formal environment and the use of its methods in the implementation of the modules of the programme were the focus of the discussion. The Manager of the Foundation and one of the Board members shared their long experience in the field and their best practices. They gave ideas for adapting the topics for different target groups. From October onwards, the activities of the programme will be implemented among young people from the town of Plovdiv and the region.
