At the invitation of our partner Neslihan Yonal from the Directorate of National Education in Ankara, Turkey, we joined the international project “Step Up Youth Work” under the KA 153- Mobility for Youth Work under the Erasmus + program.
The project is being implemented jointly with partners from Turkey, Croatia, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Romania and Bulgaria. It is aimed at managers, youth workers, youth leaders and trainers working with disadvantaged groups. One of its main goals is to build various competencies among the target groups, to popularize the methods of non-formal education, to improve cultural differences, etc.
In the period 2-6 December, five trainers from Foundation “Garden of Cognition” participated in a training that took place in Ankara, Turkey. We hope that this will be the beginning of a long-term and fruitful partnership and that what we have learned will be transferred to our youth in Bulgaria!
