Over the past weeks, participants in the “Future Founders” program from the two vocational high schools in Perushtitsa and Kuklen gained new knowledge on the topics of “Health Education” and “Time Management.” For this purpose, we included various educational and physical activities. We discussed the importance of a healthy lifestyle, proper diet, physical activity, and mental health. The youth received valuable advice and guidance on maintaining good health and well-being. During the topic related to how we can more effectively manage our time to achieve better results and reduce stress, students learned how to prioritize tasks, use different time management techniques, and balance between school and personal life. The youth also participated in an online webinar with a career consultant who provided guidance and useful tips for their future development. The “Future Founders” educational program was implemented in three locations – Perushtitsa, Svishtov, and Kuklen, and took place between January and May 2025, training a total of 60 young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
