National Corporate Program for Education, Qualification, and Professional Realization
The “Future with Opportunities” Program is a long-term social initiative of the Garden of Cognition Foundation and the Ignatovi Family Foundation. We build a bridge between motivated young people and businesses in Bulgaria.
The initiative is aimed at youth aged 17 to 29 — with a focus on those facing financial, social, or geographical difficulties, young people from foster families, single-parent orphans, and youth from small towns and rural areas.
Our mission is to create a sustainable national mechanism that unites the resources of business, institutions, and civil society. Through it, we invest in university education, professional qualifications, mentorship, and internship programs to provide an equal chance for successful realization for every young person.
Our Impact and Goals:

- 100+ young people supported in the period 2027–2030
- 120+ funded professional training and qualification courses
- 80+ provided internship positions and first-job opportunities
- 30+ corporate partners and employers
