During the first days of July, we held a workshop dedicated to searching for forest treasures. We traveled to an altitude of 1,550 meters, right in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains!
The children learned a great deal about herbs and their importance. We gathered lady’s bedstraw, St. John’s wort, yarrow, and forest vervain to make tea and enjoyed their magical aromas. We observed beautiful butterflies, tiny ladybugs, and busy bees, and each team took on its own individual challenges.
The children immersed themselves in the magic of nature, feeling the strength and calm it brings. The sweetest and most beloved part of the day was picking wild strawberries and blueberries.
We thank all participants for their enthusiasm and good spirits! We hope to meet again soon in nature for new adventures.
