At the end of May, we held our creative workshop on the theme “My family, my memory” in the village of Novakovo. We told each other stories about the origin of names, who we are named after, when and how we celebrate in our families, which holidays we honor and many other interesting facts from the traditions of Bulgarians. The children showed exceptional creativity and imagination and did a great job with the tasks set.
After which they had the opportunity to get involved and take part in the rehearsal of our folk dance group “Novakovtsi”.
